Preamble
The comics-signedcollector website is intended for the online sale of signed, authentic and sealed specialty comics comics with 24/7 accessibility. For each order on the comics-signedcollector website, the customer undertakes to accept in full and without reservation the general conditions of sale (CGV).
comics-signedcollector, reserves the right to modify or update these General Conditions of Sale at any time without notice. These T & Cs are applied to those in effect on the day and time of the order recorded on the site.
ARTICLE 1: CONDITIONS
1.1 - The customer must declare to be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity (or hold parental authorization) allowing him to place an order on the comics-signedcollector site.
1.2 - Any Internet user visiting the comics-signedcollector site for the articles and services offered there will be invited to carefully read these General Conditions of Sale. He can, if he wishes, print them and / or save them on a durable medium before placing an order.
1.3 - The Customer will acknowledge in step 1 of the basket that they have read the CGV and accept them fully and without reservation.
ARTICLE 2: PRICES AND TAXES
2.1 - All the prices indicated are expressed in € uros. To these items may be added the contribution to the shipping and packaging costs and, for international sales, the taxes of the country in force or, possibly, the associated customs costs.
2.2 - comics-signedcollector reserves the right to modify its selling prices at any time without notice. However, the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.
2.3 - The conversion into another currency for purchases outside the EU, as well as the declaration of local taxes, will be carried out locally under the conditions of the bank and of the buyer's country.
ARTICLE 3: DELIVERIES AND SHIPMENTS
3.1 - We deliver throughout France, including DOM TOM and internationally. Comics-signedcollector reserves the right to invalidate orders from certain countries if it considers that delivery cannot be made under normal conditions of safety and reliability. The customer will then be reimbursed for the full amount paid.
3.2 - Orders are processed in an average of 24 to 72 hours in working days after validation of payment, to which must be added 2 to 12 clear days for delivery depending on the destination territory. Any delay due to the transport provider will not give rise to any reimbursement. Note that when the customer opts for an international economy shipment, the latter does not include a delay.
3.3 - Shipments to mainland France and the French overseas departments and territories are carried out from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Deliveries are made by LA POSTE ... Shipping costs are fixed depending on the country.
3.4 - If the buyer chooses a shipping method without tracking and / or without delivery against signature, the seller's liability in the event of loss, breakage or theft cannot be incurred. Comics-signedcollector reserves the right to choose the relay or the post office of its choice if it considers that the package cannot arrive in good security conditions (oversized size for letterboxes for example).
3.8 - Any delay due to a case of force majeure (strike, health crisis, natural disaster or any other event known or unknown to date) or due to a change in release schedules decided by a publisher (or by its broadcaster / distributor) , impacting our Comics-signedcollector site in its proper functioning, cannot be taken into account and will not give rise to any reimbursement.
ARTICLE 4: PAYMENTS
4.1 - Transactions are carried out in € uros. We accept several payment methods: CB, Mastercard, AmericanExpress, Apple pay
4.3 - All orders validated by payment by credit card are payable and disbursed on the date of payment.
ARTICLES 5: GUARANTEES
5.1 - We are committed to providing you with quality products and / or conforming to their description. The customer has 30 clear days from delivery (postmark) to return the ordered product to us.
5.2 - We undertake to reimburse you within 14 days. Return costs as well as those related to a possible re-shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
5.4 - Product returns for changes of opinion or not in accordance with the expectations of the buyer, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer and the refund will be made within 14 days.
5.7 - For buyers located outside France, the Comics-signedcollector site offers shipments at a preferential price with tracking number. If this shipping method is chosen, the seller's liability in the event of loss, breakage or theft cannot be incurred.
ARTICLE 8: PERSONAL DATA
8.1 - Comics-signedcollector collects your personal information when creating your customer account (name, first name, email address, postal address, telephone number). This data allows us to follow up on your orders. These data are not transmitted to third parties, they remain in the confidentiality of Comics-signedcollector. The sending of our newsletters with our exclusive promotional offers or any other type of information are sent only with your agreement by subscribing to the Newsletter subscription. 8.2 - Following the entry into force on May 25, 2018 of the RGPD / GDPR (European Regulation No. 2016/679, known as the General Data Protection Regulation of April 14, 2016), we are committed to ensuring data security of a personal nature through strict procedures within our company.

ARTICLE 10: EXCLUSION
10.1 - In the event of an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the post office retention period has been exceeded, the package will be returned to the sender (Comics-signedcollector in this case). Upon receipt of the return, the customer will be contacted in order to know the correct address and the package will be returned against payment of the shipping costs. We can also attach to the next order / shipment the content received in return for a flat rate of 12.50 € additional incurred.
10.2 - If the customer does not make contact within 60 days, the package will be automatically destroyed, and it will no longer be possible to request reimbursement of the contents.
ARTICLE 11: RESPONSIBILITY
11.1 - Comics-signedcollector operates within the framework of French law. The responsibility of Comics-signedcollector can not be engaged in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country of destination of the product (censorship, prohibition of a title, an author, etc.). The products and objects are subject to the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code. Also, only private use is authorized.
11.2 - These general conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the user may refer to the Digital Mediator for a conciliation between the parties.
